Hi, we’re Jayson and Stephanie Faddis. We are a brother and sister team and 4th generation butchers. Grandpa Ken started his meat shop in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1956 and our family has been deep in the meat business ever since. We usually sell fresh meat wholesale to restaurants and to local customers out of our shop, but we decided to branch out and bring quality meat cuts to the online savvy customer.

At 56 Cutz we have four convenient box choices to choose from and you can also add-on individual steaks. We ship within 3-4 business days of your online order. It will arrive in an insulated freezer bag packed with dry ice in a box delivered right to your door. You will receive a tracking number from FedEx so you can know the moment your package arrives.

Our goal is to make it easy. We know that life is busy­, our lives are busy too. Once we leave work there is still so much to do— picking up kids, grocery shopping, making dinner, homework and baseball games. We have the same lifestyle that you do. Our goal and purpose with this business is to provide the same great product we sell to local restaurants in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Knowing that businesses change and consumers change we want to make our product available online to anyone that wants it.
